Is there a refund policy?

Yes - at MitzMart, customer satisfaction is our no.1 priority, and as such, should you feel unhappy with your product, you are entitled to a 14-day full refund policy*. You can feel safe purchasing from MitzMart. Please see our Refund Policy to learn more.

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

Yep - if you order 3-5 items, it's 7 percent off your total order, if you order 5-10 items, it's 15 percent, if you order 10-30 items, it's 25 percent, and if you order upwards of 30 items it's 35%. If you're interested in bulk orders, all you have to do is select the number of products you want, and your discount will be automatically applied on the website.

What's the deal with shipping?

We provide FREE NEXT DAY delivery for all UK orders, and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for International orders (generally a small fee of $5) - International shipping usually takes 3-7 days, depending on your country. Please see our Shipping Policy.
